Cure for Diabetes?

Did you know that Diabetes and Heart Dis-ease are linked?  Did you know that if you have Diabetes you are very likely to also have or get Heart Dis-ease?  Although Type II Diabetes is due to too much glucose in the blood, the true root cause is related to the same issues as someone with a clogged artery:  fat.  Yep!  Essentially fat prevents the ability for glucose and other essential nutrients to get into our cells.  In turn, the glucose floods the blood and results in Diabetic symptoms such as kidney damage, nerve damage, eye functioning and more.  BUT!  There is some really great news here!  Many studies over the last several years have proven there is a way to reverse these symptoms and avoid the eventual progression into nerve and heart problems.  The solution is amazing and it is something that the drug companies do NOT want you to know or even try.  But when it comes down to it, what is the cost of trying versus not trying?  What would be the downside of trying something that could eliminate or significantly reduce the cost and side effects of hard core diabetes drugs and health effects?  Especially when this solution is something that is much more affordable AND enjoyable?  These studies have revealed absolutely fantastic results linking a whole plant food diet with holistic lifestyle to the improvement and even reversal of Diabetes.  Although it is not always easy to change our habits, especially those we've learned over a lifetime, it is certainly much more liberating to know that we can do it, on our own and with the support of a Certified Holsitic Health Coach guiding us every step of the way, what could feel better than ridding your life of this illness that others have "doomed" you to unnecessarily?  As opposed to the medications, the side effects to taking the holistic approach are freedom, clarity, energy and vitality.  Sounds to me like it is definitely worth the try...
